Our weekly Mindful Check-in online offers the opportunity to pause and reset weekly on Hump Day. Each week, our expert facilitators will guide the community through different approaches to mindfulness meditation. All you need to do is join us online via Zoom and bring a curious mind. This session is accessible for those who have never meditated before and suitable for all levels of meditation experience.
